TLC Group’s Expansion into Ukraine

The TLC Group has expanded its global footprint to Ukraine.

TLC UA has been established to offer our clients comprehensive services in the dry bulk segment, specifically focusing on the chartering services for the export of grain from the Black Sea ports to Africa.

Killian Chauvin has been appointed TLC Ukraine Country Manager. Within his new functions Killian will oversee our commercial development & operations in Ukraine as well as in TLC’s African agencies for our Ukrainian customers, ensuring that we continue to deliver the high standards of service and reliability that you expect from TLC Group.

In view of his extensive expertise, he will still act as the Group Bunkering Manager as well as give occasional support for Shipping and Chartering matters.

Killian Chauvin is the TLC Ukraine Country Manager and Group Bunkering Manager. Previously, he served TLC as the Group Shipping, Chartering & Bunkering Manager overseeing TLC’s Group Shipping operations.
Killian led a team of four at headquarters, supervised the Chartering desk with about 15 fixtures annually, and managed the Bunkering desk, acting as both bunker broker and trader.

His responsibilities included coordinating shipping operations, business development, setting budgets, and negotiating rates with service providers. He ensured his teams received top support and training for continuous improvement and multi-skilled development.
