TLC Group Leadership Changes and New Appointments

TLC Group is pleased to announce new leadership dynamic at the head of the Operations Department, effective November 25, 2024:

Benjamin FELIX has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer of TLC Group. With 13 years of experience in key leadership roles, including as Country Operations Manager in Angola, Benjamin has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational excellence.

Emiliano Antille has been named Group Operations Manager. Over the past 12 years, Emiliano has held various management roles within the group, most recently as Regional Manager for the Caribbean and Americas region. Now based in Switzerland, Emiliano will focus on supporting operational teams across TLC Group.

This leadership transition marks an exciting new chapter for the TLC Group. Together, we aim to achieve new heights of service excellence and operational efficiency, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients and partners.
