Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) compliance
The TLC Group Compliance Program
At TLC, we prioritize ethical standards and robust compliance measures in all our operations. Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) policy is crucial for upholding the integrity of our business, protecting our reputation, and complying with legal requirements.
Continuous training sessions are conducted at all locations to promote education and awareness. We regularly review, test, audit, and receive approval from reputable energy companies, ensuring alignment with their ethical standards.
We are well-versed in key regulations such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Swiss Criminal Code, the UK Bribery Act 2010, the OECD Convention, and the UN Convention Against Corruption.
Included in our ABC Policy are the main principles of whistleblowing and non-retaliation. TLC have in place a reporting line to our Chief Compliance Officer, allowing any staff member to report incidents of (or suspicions of) activity contrary to our stated ABC Policy.
We are also familiar with export control regulations and have a form in place to assist Clients to determine the status of their cargo, prior to exportation.
At TLC, we believe in integrity, transparency, and open communication with our clients. As a part of our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices, the TLC has embedded the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact into strategies and operations, and committed to respecting human and labour rights, safeguarding the environment, and working against corruption in all its forms.
